A cultural and diplomatic dialogue in Pune

On September 10 Savitribai Phule Pune University extended a warm and distinguished welcome to Ettore Sequi, Chairman of Carraro India and Italian Ambassador in India until 2023.

The day commenced with a captivating Heritage Walk—a cultural exploration through the university’s historic grounds—setting the tone for an intellectually rich encounter with students and professors. The session unfolded into a dynamic exchange of ideas, delving into diplomacy, geopolitics, and international relations, with thoughtful reflections on global power shifts, climate challenges, and the pivotal role of youth in shaping the future of international affairs.

This inspiring moment of dialogue and connection further deepened the synergy between culture and enterprise, celebrating Carraro's enduring presence in India since the late 1990s.
