Ettore Francesco Sequi
Ettore Francesco Sequi is the Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a pre-reform degree in political science from the University of Cagliari. He is also serves as the national representative of Italy within the Board of Government Representatives of the Einstein Telescope Infrastructure. He was previously associated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Italy in various capacities from 1985 to 2023.
Tomaso Carraro
Tomaso Carraro is our Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He is also one of the Promoters of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since April 21, 2015. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago. He is currently associated with various entities in the Carraro Group, including Carraro China Drive Systems Co. Ltd, Carraro S.p.A., Carraro North America Inc. and Siap S.p.A. and was previously associated with Gear World S.p.A..
Balaji Gopalan
Balaji Gopalan is the Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since September 1, 1998. He holds a degree of doctor of philosophy in human resource management from the University of Pune. He is responsible for achieving revenues, EBITDA, NWC/ revenue and CSR targets in the Company.
Andrea Conchetto
Andrea Conchetto is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a diploma in electrotechnical engineering from the University of Padua. He is currently associated with the Carraro Group, including Carraro S.p.A., Carraro Drive Tech Italia S.p.A., Carraro China Drive Systems Co. Ltd, and Siap S.p.A and was previously associated with AEG Electric Motors.
Enrico Gomiero
Enrico Gomiero is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a diploma of accountant and commercial expert from the Technical Institute for Commercials and Surveyors of Padua. He is currently associated with various entities in the Carraro Group, including Carraro S.p.A., Carraro Drive Tech Italia S.p.A., Carraro Finance S.p.A., Carraro International S.E., and Siap S.p.A.
Davide Grossi
Davide Grossi is the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Bocconi University and a masters’ degree of science in accounting, corporate finance, and control from Bocconi University. He was previously associated with Alten Sverige AB as the chief financial officer, Nordics, Isagro (Asia) Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. in various capacities, and Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.
Sudhendra Mannikar
Sudhendra Mannikar is the Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 2, 1999. He is responsible for achieving revenues, EBITDA, NWC/ revenue and CSR targets in the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (production) and a degree in Master in Business Administration from University of Pune. He was previously associated with Essar Projects Limited.
Uma Mandavgane
Uma Mandavgane is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a certified information systems auditor. She is currently associated with Azzure Advisory & Consulting Services LLP as its designated partner and was previously associated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited in the capacity of a manager in the enterprise risk services department.
Kishore Saletore
Kishore Saletore is an Independent Director of our Company. He is an associate at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is also a Post Graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He was previously associated with Bharat Forge as the Whole time Director and Group Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Mohith Kumar Khandelwal
Mr. Mohith Kumar Khandelwal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having membership no. F-11243. He has over a decade of experience in the legal and secretarial domain. He has handled several key assignments, including preferential issues, QIPs, corporate restructuring, and amalgamations. Prior to this, he was associated with Balaxi Pharmaceuticals Limited and Power Mech Projects Limited, Hyderabad.
Mamta Bakshi
Mamta Bakshi is the Director of HR, Leadership & Culture of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since April 10, 2023. She is responsible for the human resources operations, leadership development, and ensuring strong industrial relations of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University and a post graduate diploma in management (executive) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. She was previously associated with Kellogg India Private Limited, HCL Infosystems Limited, Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Coromandel International Limited and Continental Automotive Brake Systems India Pvt. Ltd. She has also served in the Indian Army as a captain.
Ashok Kumar
Ashok Kumar is the Director of Sales & Business Development of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 12, 2010. He is responsible for undertaking the business expansion of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala and a post graduate masters programme in international business from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune. He was previously associated with The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd., Rane Madras Limited and Voith Turbo Private Limited.
Dheeraj Kumar Rai
Dheeraj Kumar Rai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur and Master of Technology (MTech) from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. He was previously associated with Tata Cummins Pvt. ltd., Meritor India, Suzlon Energy Limited and Asia Motor Works. He is responsible for ensuring Manufacturing Operations, the overall equipment effectiveness and operational excellence.
